It has an extremely high glass transition temperature of 170°C and also exhibits excellent mechanical strength. Typical applications are found in the field of sensors that are subject to high thermal and mechanical stress. The high density of the material (1.7 g/cm³) and its excellent dimensional stability make it a proven system for continuous use.
  • EPOXONIC 370: A thixotropic, tough-elastic two-component epoxy adhesive that is characterized by its impact strength and crack resistance. It is ideal for bonding materials with different coefficients of expansion, such as aluminum and plastic – for example, in the assembly of housing parts or hybrid modules. It can also be cured at room temperature, allowing for flexible process control, and achieves maximum strength when heated.
